ssi Chat

SSIChat is a special internet enabled, full-featured tool to allow SSI customers to conference in text mode with both SSI management and software developers, and the customer's own staff. Information and messages that are exchanged in SSI Chat are cataloged for later retrieval and linked to topics and records in SSI's online Bugtrax and ChangeLog tools.

As this screen shot shows, any number of participants can join the chat session, and the user can configure SSIChat so that each participant has his or her own colors and fonts. In addition, when a user enters SSIChat he or she can page other participants via email by using one of the right-click features over a user icon.
